      This gorgeous strand of pearls features rare, golden pearls from the Philippines. Their colors are completely natural and the pearls have not been treated in any way.

      The golden South Sea pearls measure 10.0 to 11.9 mm in size, which is quite large - a trademark feature of South Sea pearls.

      The pearls have a deep golden body color with subtle overtones. Each is individually knotted on a two threads of strong silk, protecting the pearls from rubbing and the strand from breakage. The 14 karat clasp comes equipped with a safety catch for added protection.

      Born from a pearl oyster called the Pinctada maxima, golden South Sea pearls are among the largest and most valuable pearls grown today.
